APPLICATION PROCESS

1. Fill out and submit application below. Please be aware that if you are accessing this site from a mobile device that the Google form will not appear. You will need to get online via a laptop or desktop computer.

2. Pay non-refundable $35 application fee for single students and non-refundable $50 application fee for married couples and small families. Your application will not be  considered until this is received.  

3. Upload a recent photo of yourself at the bottom of this webpage. DO NOT send a driver's license photo but rather an actual headshot. 

4. If accepted, Mike and Sue's assistant will

contact you with further instruction.

Please Note:

A 10-Month lease  agreement is August 1, 2021 - May 31, 2022. 

A 9-Month lease agreement is September 1, 2021 - May 31, 2022.
