All units come fully-furnished with a completely stocked kitchen. Standard Plus and Deluxe units are generally reserved for returning, second, or third-year students as these are very limited. When choosing an option, you are informing us of your preference then we place you according to availability. (Please note that pricing below does not include utilities, as these are set up by students on their own.)

IMPORTANT: Please note that because 98% of our applicants fall within this demographic, we recommend singles, ages 17 to mid-30s apply to our housing. We place students in housing according to these factors as much as possible. If you are married, age 35+, or have a small family we ask that you inquire by email prior to filling out an application to see if we have availability for your situation. Thank you in advance!

A 10-Month lease agreement is August 1, 2021 - May 31, 2022.

Our STANDARD units house a maximum of 4 students. They are fully-furnished, and the kitchen comes completely stocked. They use on-site, coin-operated laundry machines.
